The services of this clinic are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using our services, the patient accepts the clinic's policies, including the mandatory deposit to confirm appointments and the cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

1. Appointment Policy and Refunds: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability in our system. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2. Disclaimer: The clinic does not guarantee specific results as these may vary from patient to patient. All treatments are administered according to professional standards and are customized for each patient, but results may differ depending on individual factors.

3. Use of Medical Information: The information provided by the patient will be treated with strict confidentiality, in compliance with current privacy regulations. This information is necessary to provide adequate service and comply with medical care standards.

4. Modifications to Services and Policies: The clinic reserves the right to modify its services, appointment and refund policies, and these changes will be communicated to patients in a timely manner through our official channels.

5. Mandatory Prior Consultation: Before starting any treatment, the patient must have an initial consultation with our professionals to assess their suitability for the treatment and establish an appropriate plan. The clinic reserves the right to reject or modify treatments based on this assessment.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the patient declares to be informed and in agreement with our policies, as well as with any future changes that may be implemented for the benefit of their care and safety.
