The services of this clinic are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using our services, the patient accepts the clinic's policies, including the mandatory deposit to confirm appointments and the cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

Appointment Policy and Refunds: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability in our system. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
